Return & Exchange Policy :
Our corsets are subject to exchange or Refund within 24 hours only from the date of purchase, according to the law of the State of Kuwait for clothing in contact with the skin.
Request an exchange or return by contacting us on WhatsApp on our number 99488250.
Please note that a delivery fee will be charged again for exchange or return.
Terms of change or refund :
- For exchange or return, both the bag and the product can be in a condition similar to the condition of receipt with the label hanging on the corset. It is fixed or returned in the event that the label or tag is removed.
- The invoice must be delivered to the representative along with the piece upon return
- The corset must be clean and of a definitively used value. If the opposite is proven, the representative will not receive the piece from you.
Shipping & delivery Policy
We deliver our products daily to all Kuwait areas (except farms and chalets ) , your order will arrive at the same day if the order is made before 2 pm or will arrive the day after for orders made after 2 pm.
Delivery to all Kuwait areas costs 3KD.
Refund & exchange to all Kuwait areas costs 3KD.
For GCC & international countries orders shipping Cost will be calculated automatically at checkout according to the destination and the total cost of your order (number of items). PLEASE note that the shipping price paid does not include any customs fees imposed by your country , which are paid by the customer upon delivery.
- Orders from GCC & International countries are shipped with DHL .
- Orders from GCC will arrive within 2-5 Business Days.
- Orders from international countries will arrive within 5-7 Business Days.
